i'm in the same boat. i'm thinking i need to start being more aggressive? but i don't even know where i want to work. i could go take my resume around, but where? and everywhere i apply hasn't called me so far. i think i need to just take it to lots of places anyway, even if they don't seem like a first choice off hand. so, i would say take your resume to everyone, any dental office around. just walk in and ask if they are accepting resumes, and if they say yes, hand them one. then, if anyone calls you, you can take it from there as far as if you like the place or not.
