EDIT: Is it As or A's? Because whenever I put As, my English teacher would add the apostrophe. Dx
October the 17th good? I'll ask the others. That day is good for both Ms. Hedegaard and I. She thinks the Chinatown area might be good for meeting. Also, Sahara, Desert Inn, etc.
AND AN A IN ALGEBRA. THIS IS WONDERFUL.
This is our Algebra book. Which one are you using? How is your Algebra class different from your others?
Basically, we've done this so far:
Graphs and equations (determining x,y intercepts, determining symmetry, testing for symmetry, equations of circles/how to find said equations, etc.)
Linear Equations in one variable (identity and conditional equations, solving equations in two ways, finding x,y algebraically, simplifying expressions, etc.)
Modeling with linear equations (verbal models, verbal descriptions, finding percent increase/decrease and percentage of, solving word problems with tables [mixture problems, motion problems], solving for variables in equations without numbers, more simplifying, etc.)
Quadratic equations (writing it in general form, solving [by factoring, extracting square roots, completing the square, graphing with a calculator, using the discriminant, and using the quadratic formula], and some basic perimeter stuff, etc.)
Next up is Complex numbers with our lovely imaginary unit i. :D
I know that was a lot to read. But wow. Do you know any of that stuff? I mean, a lot of it is pretty basic. But the basic stuff is never on the tests.
This is unrelated, so disregard.
Also, wow, I have a C in French Lit now. Right after I talked to her about my grade (low B for not writing out sentences?), she immediately gave me a B in speaking skills (although I had an A in them before... speaking skills do not deteriorate in two days D:<) and an F on the binder check because I keep French III and French Lit in the same place. It is frustrating because I know the material and I'm good at French but I'm just not following ~HER WAYS~. Augh.
I WILL HAVE AN A, MS. COLEY.
