[It makes a faint buzzing noise when Masky is too near to it, which grows more intense the closer he draws. When he touches it, the drawings change form, their color shifting from black to red. This seems to spark a chain reaction in the nearby ofuda, which also turn red within a few feet of Masky.]

[It won't come down. In the distance somewhere, there's a soft sound like the chiming of a bell.]

[OOC: I'm going to say that the Slender Influence on Masky is enough supernatural-ness to set off the MS's wards.]

[The scale tips over, but stops just short of actually hitting the ground. Slowly, gyrating slightly, it rights itself. From nearby, there's a calm, slow voice:]
