Yep. I totally blew past the ten day challenge Leslie set for me. He's alright with it. I'm kinda alight with it, all things considered... At least I got it in for the You Tube Sherlock fan vid challenge! :D
The Sherlock video is finished. It may be found, along with the others, here on my Video Drug entry.
This video repetitively drop-kicked my ass over the last month and some. Though in truth, I started on it and have been working on and off with it for about the last three months. It's tempted me to pick up real cigarettes again (will have to nip that in the bud shortly), and has acted upon me as an appetite suppressant in the worst way (I've actually wasted away nearly seven pounds in just over three weeks because I spared so little time to eat). Not to mention, the utter misery my muscles have been in over the last couple of days, for trying to get it done before the deadline. I think I may have atrophied...
It was worth it. It was worth it, it was worth it, it was worth it. It was bliss. Taking it through that final rendering, getting the lighting and contrast filters just so. Running it through the first time as the final cut... It was all worth it.
