Mmmm... homemade chicken soup! *slurp*
Today was a long day. Eight hour work stretch followed by home necessity shopping, and then going home to cook dinner. But, I made chicken soooouuuuuup! Lots and lots of veggies, and vegetable broth in place of chicken stock, plump noodles, and white meat chicken chunks the size of Rolos! XD *slurp-slurp-nom-nom-burp* Didn't get to eat it until around 7:30-ish. But, oh well.
Shoestring ate here successfully for the first time last night. I didn't see much; I put him and the pinky mouse in another tank in the bedroom, and left the light off so he'd feel comfortable. And every few mintues I'd peak around the edge of my dresser to see if he'd swallowed his dinner yet. Sure enough, about twenty minutes later, I caught his silhouette, head stuck up in the air, with a mouse butt slowly disappearing down his throat. Afterward, I left him there for another hour or so to let him work the meal down in peace.
I haven't bothered since putting him back in his home, until just a half an hour ago. I held him for a few minutes, and then.... *sigh* Well, I'm glad I've raised kids... otherwise, having a snake squirt poop and pee into my hands might really have grossed me out. *cringes*
I'm thinking about converting myself to e-Cigs... as I can't seem to quit. *headdessssssk*
