Now I REALLY wish he wasn't so clingy
Rich's fever still did not break by this morning. So I took him into the doc, and they diagnosed him with strep throat. -____- *sigh*
After picking up the prescribed antibiotics for Rich, I called my boss and gave him a heads up about the situation. I had told them yesterday while I was there that Rich was sick. And after thinking it over, it seems we're gonna grab the side of caution and keep me away for tonight, in case I'm infected but just haven't presented symptoms yet. The last thing we want is for me to inadvertently pass strep on to the whole store and whatever customers I come into contact with. So unless they absolutely need me, I'm not working tonight. And by luck, I have tomorrow off anyway. I'm hoping that if I don't come down with it by then, I won't have it at all. And I'll be safe (or at least safer) going back on Friday.
Anyway... keep your fingers crossed for me, please! I really don't want to go through a strep infection.
