You'd think I would be thankful for a day without snow
Today was the first bright, sun-shiny day we've had in a long while. While I'm sure most of us along the lakeshore enjoyed it, I did not. The constant glare of the sun off from the snow gave me a headache. -_- Also, as much as I hate driving on snow and ice covered roads, I hate swerving to avoid the now exposed potholes even more. Yes, I have my baby back. Apparently, a loose ground wire was the culprit. The starter is fine, thankfully. He's running like a champ again.
After further discussion with my ex about Tasha moving in with us, he feels that waiting until the end of the school year may be a good idea. I'm rather bummed about it. I was looking forward to having her here with me. But, maybe this is a good idea. Less disruption to interfere with her schooling. We'll see.
I'm tired. My head hurts. I'm just waiting for the lunar eclipse tonight. That'll cheer me up.
