Time Warner Sucks
I've had this ongoing problem with TIme Warner that is making me hate them more and more. It started off that my DVR was only recording a minute of a program. The tech that came to my house said it was because there was a VCR on top of my cable box. I called BS, but did what he said anyway.
Of course the problem happened again. The agent on the phone sent a "strong signal" to my box to fix it and see if it happens again after 24 hours.
Of course the problem happened again. The agent this time had me unplug and replug the box. Guess what. Didn't work. His answer after that was to have a tech come out. The tech isn't going to do anything either.
I'll probably end up getting a new DVR and seeing if that will fix it, but I *really* want to continue to have Passport Echo, because the Mystro operating system sucks. Badly.
I can't wait for Verizon Fios to be available in my neighborhood.
