nightwish, music and opera!!!
Music music music. hmmmmm after a year of singing, studying, lessons and hearing the same 5 songs i did my A.mus exam for singing yesterday. scary scary stuff.. not just one examiner but two. and can i just say that singing to a grand piano in a concert studio is just AWESOME!!!! just the whole process of being a professional perofrmer in the full makeup, dress etc was awesome fun. nervewracking but hey :P to be honest though, the scariest part was the general knowledge. and i learnt that i can fully learn and analyse 2 opera pieces in under 10 days in time for a major performance exam. now that's pressure!!
phew. if you ever need classical music i recommend Michael's Music Room in the city - Town Hall station... wicked place. what they dont have isn't worth having... that said i want the complete set of mozart and bach!!!! that's over 300 cd's
speaking of music (cause, hey that's what i've been doing....) i just ordered in the Mediaeval Babes DVD!! and my darling sister has ordered in the NIGHTWISH SCOREBOOK!!!!!! and the new Il Divo Scorebook.. and they're releasing their new album in november... mmmmmm mmmm
next on my list of things to do...
