This is very interesting, i liked it, but it was only in Spanish, so i wanted everyone to be able to read it. I translated it in English myself :) Here it is!:
" The Right Person
Perhaps God wants us to meet the wrong type of people before finding the right person, so when we finally meet the right person we would know how to be grateful for what we have.
When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but most of the times we look at the closed door and never notice the open door that has been opened for us. The best type of friend is the one who can sit in the garden and swing with him/her without having to say a single word to each other, and then go feeling as if that was the best conversation that you have ever had.
It’s true that we don’t know what we have until we lose it, but it’s also true that we don’t know what we’re missing until it comes to us. Giving someone all of your love is never a guarantee that you will be loved in return! Don’t expect love in return, just hope that in their heart it would eventually grow, but if it doesn’t happen, be glad that it grew in yours.
Don’t look only on the surface; it might disappoint you. Don’t look for richness, even that vanishes sometime. Look for someone that makes you smile simply because you only need a smile to make a dark and cloudy day seem bright and clear. Look for someone that makes your heart smile.
Dream whatever you want to dream, go wherever you want to go, be whatever you want to be, because you only have one life and one opportunity to make all the things you want to do.
Have enough happiness that would make you sweet, enough trials that would make you strong, enough hope to make you happy. Always put yourself in someone else’s shoes. If you feel that it hurts, then it would surely hurt the other person.
Happiness is with those that cry, those that are hurt, those that have searched, and those that have tried, because only they can appreciate the importance of having people touch their lives. The happiest people don’t necessarily have the best of everything; they only know how to make the best of everything to everything that comes their way.
Send this message to those people that mean something to you, those that have touched your life in one way or another, those that you really need, those that make you see the good side of things when you’re sad, to those that you want them to know that you really appreciate their friendship. "
