The furry hotel...
Checked into my "temporary residence" (aka: hotel) a couple of hours ago. This is the first time I've ever traveled with my furry overlords, and it's already being "an experience." We shall see if this is going to work, or if I'm going to have to call my insurance adjuster back and see if other (more expensive) arrangements can be made.
However, this is still a hell of a lot better than sleeping on my not so comfortable couch for another night since my bedroom reeks of smoke. A shower is awesome as well.
P.S.: The free internet absolutely sucks sh*t. Transfer speeds are barely enough to allow me to do general browsing and make this posting. Playing GuildWars 2, Minecraft, using Skype, or VPN'ing into the office (which is specifically mentioned) is impossible unless I cough up extra money for the "up to 3Mbps" upgrade. Notice they don't say 3Mpbs, but "up to." Ya.
