Bailout
This morning I was uneasy but OK with the bailout plan, but Wow am I glad the House voted it down!
I know some shit's hitting the fan today and the next few months will probably be pretty scary, but I think the nation as a whole is seeing the same thing most of us see every month when we write out our bills. There's a bottom to that purse. Our current debt culture cannot continue. In times of crisis, re-prioritize, simplify, and move on.
I'm dying to see how my representative voted, but the servers are too busy. I'll be watching the news for sure today and thinking about what this means for average Joe.
