I'm kinda sick
Last night I felt really hot and thought it was just the weather.. apparently it was a fever. It's down to 99 degrees now, so it's not big deal. But I didn't go to my unpaid internship today. I feel a little guilty, but then again, I didn't want to go. It's only the second week and we haven't really done anything interesting. What my professor is trying to prove is actually really interesting, but making the stimuli to do it is fucking boring as hell. Plus I have to serve as a subject for some of her paid interns projects and they are long, tedious and involve me repeating nonsense sentences into a tape recorder.. I hate repeating anything ever, my mind never gets it right.
So I'm home today, I'll make sure I'm there early tomorrow and stay late.
I've been playing CoH alot. My new character on champion is called Milk and looks like a cow. I just got her to level 10 and made her the supergroup "The Milkmen."
Billy and I did something two nights ago.
I got a great book. It's called "The curious incident of the dog in the night-time" by Mark Haddon It's about an autistic boy who is trying to solve the murder of a dead dog. The autistic part is what makes it interesting.
So I'm home today, I'll make sure I'm there early tomorrow and stay late.
