Stargazer, Night Owl, or Both?

So, I woke up much earlier than I had anticipated tonight, thanks to a noisy conversation between my sister and father in the next room. My eyes were feeling scratchy, and I was in an all together uninspired mood. I pissed around online for a bit, but it wasn't helping and I was just getting more groggy, so I decided I would go out and take a walk. I headed outside at about AM, and let me tell you, it is a beautiful night tonight. Just the right temperature and not a cloud in the sky. The sports grounds for my town are really close, (just over a set of train tracks and about a quarter mile down a dirt road) so I set out for there. I used to go there all the time to think and clear my head back when I was depressed alot. I love it out there at night. Once you get away from the lights of the town, you can see millions of stars, and even the milky way. I'm not sure if that's what it's really called or not. It's the light blue strip that runs across the sky, like a glowing aura or whatever. I grabbed a seat on one of the wooden bleachers out there and just watched the sky for about half an hour. Being out at night is truely awesome. In that short time, I spotted 13 falling stars, an owl that flew overtop of me while I was looking up, two bats (heard more than spotted) and a skunk. I'm also going to note, that whenever I go out to look at the stars, I spot something strange. Every so often there are these lights that move. They follow a strait path, seem to wobble and sway as they go. Not only that, but they fade and grow dimmer as they move. (Moving away from the planet?) I have no idea what they are, but I find them curious. I'm sure they are just planes or whatever, though. does anyone know what I'm talking about? Anyway, I feel much better now, the night air was very refreshing and I feel much more awake. It's interesting what walking around in the dark for a while will do to your senses. Makes you more alert, I guess.
