Not as douche-y as yesterday... but, then again, I did miss 80% of his panel this morning.

So, awkward story time: When I was driving to the Hilton this morning I turned down Campus, which is one of those roads lined with corporate buildings and parks. 35 mph speed limit. But it's Jersey. Everyone drives fucking crazy here. I've adopted that same kind of driving mentality in the two years I've lived here. Anyways, I get behind this car from Michigan and they're driving the speed limit, which WTF?, and it was just ridiculous. So I was kinda up their ass a bit. So, they turn into the Hilton and I go to the other side of the parking lot 'cause I didn't want to get stuck behind them trying to find a spot. I couldn't find a spot on the other side, so I had to go over anyway and who's in the car I was just tailgating? Mr. Steve Carlson. YUP. So awkward.

The boy is pretty (even in his hipster jeans and ridiculous shoes). And he moved around a bunch again, so a majority of my pictures were just pretty blurs. At the dessert party he gave everyone hugs. It was another awkward moment for me. And I realize that I've now hugged a majority of the other con-goers by proxy... and I really kinda want a shower.

Misha... I rather like that fellow. What can be said? He's hilarious. It was a complete 180 from his appearance at Cherry Hill last year where I found his shyness to be overwhelming. He was just really awesome today... Him talking about poppers had my mom and me in convulsions.
Aldis Hodge
Aldis was the person I was most looking forward to seeing and he did not disappoint. He was charming and gorgeous and just really lovely. And during the autograph session I complimented him on his on-screen violin playing 'cause as a former orch dork it always kills me to see actors attempt to fake play when it's obvious they've never even held an instrument before. So we geeked out over orchestra and that is pretty much the highlight of my week right there.
