Lorelei stood in the archway, being careful to remain quiet as she watches her daughter count and sort the money from her neon green piggy bank. Rory had been saving every dime, nickel and all allowances for the last five months. On what Lorelei had no idea. Every time asked just waved her off saying soon enough.
"Yes! Mom?" Rory spun around not surprised to the fact she had been watched, her hand sitting next to the pile of money.
"I take it you have enough?"
"Sure do. Could you take me to the record shop?"
"Only if you tell whatcha your getting." Rory thinks for a second before nodding in agreement.
"Gregorian chants vol three."
"Ok it's clearly obvious now."
"What?"
"There is no way I can be your mother. We should look into getting you switched back to the right family."
"Very funny mom."
