show some appreciation
As much as I've complained about my internship, I really do appreciate it. The people there are so proactive. I know that all of the criticism I receive is only support. The people I work with are nothing less than awesome. We have a great time. I've also learned more there than I could have expected to learn anywhere else. And they've inspired me to pick up a journalism minor, because I lack [I was never taught] all basic skill. They've also gotten me a contact to pursue an internship at the Democrat, but I really don't know if I can deal with Gannett signing my paychecks. Apparently the Democrat only accepts FAMU Journalism minors. Well, for actual news writing. I interned there for one day last summer, but it was the biggest waste of time data imput. WFSU is really just is a supportive environment filled with people who have a passion for true journalism. I know this post is lame. But it makes me really happy.
