i was in the sculpture studio working today when erin and my floormates stopped by and asked for my assistance "punking them up." They wanted to go to a coffee place called node, which wasn't punk really, but I could see how they'd feel a little out of place wearing their normal, plain preppy clothes. So I helped dress them up and lent them some of my accessories and junk...it was pretty fun. They all took alter-egos: Talia ("I hate the world"), Ivy ("save the trees!"), Shway ("I have no identity"), and Gwen ("It's all about the musik"). I was just me, tabifu.
node was a pretty comfy place. the back was a little informal couch and computer lounge with illuminated art and techno music in the background. I got a hazelnut milk chocolate mocha. Talia (erin) got upset cuz Shway and Gwen were trying to give her phone# to cute guys. Then we discussed art.
So overall, fun time.
