He should have been up hours ago.
She stares at the motorrad in front of her and looks at it with pleading eyes, wondering for a moment if it can even see said expression. It’s almost noon and he hasn’t given a single sign of waking any time soon. “Hermes, please wake up!” she pleads, a sleepy mumble is his only answer and she sighs in frustration. Having lived with Hermes for several weeks now she was used to him being a heavy sleeper but still….
A small chuckle from behind her draws her attention and she turns to look at the white haired woman sitting at the table and failing to contain her amusement. She sends her a hopeless look and notices the patting motion she makes on the table.
She makes a questioning noise and the woman nods. Nodding in return she turns to the still sleeping motorrad and tentatively intending to pat him awake. She doesn’t know if it will work but she doesn’t have any other ideas and she might as well try it. She takes a deep breath and raises her hand firmly and begins to firmly pat Hermes’ seat. “Wake up! Its morning!” she calls out. A small groan lets her know he's awake now.
“You’re so mean Kino, you could have woken me up more gently” he says.
