Grateful Emotions
OH TODAY.
1. When people came in early this morning, they discoevered that the building was toastier than usual... and got progressively warmer as they got closer to IT. Apparently the AC for the server room went boom this weekend, and the room was over 120 degrees this morning. AWESOME.
2. LaShun came to "Work"!Bryan and said her keyboard didn't work. After rebooting and fiddling with some cables, "Work"!Bryan determined that it was, indeed, the keyboard. He unplugs it, gives her another one, and carries the broken one away. As he's traveling back from HR, he discovers that the keyboard is dripping. LaShun spilled something on it and didn't tell anyone. MORE AWESOME.
3. I've had spoons in my not-so cube for the past week. Like... cooking spoons. I discovered today that one works like a catapult. AND HOW. I can shoot all the way to the copiers, and I can easily shoot over cube walls. THE BEST AWESOME.
Coming home to people ordering me around sucks though.
Oh. I finished reading The Black Gryphon. It was decent. I liked the secondary characters most. Next is Shapechanger's Song by Jennifer Roberson
