day 17: randomness

Been thinking a lot about leadership these days and what it takes to step up and take leadership. I'm currently working on a proposal for my job to redesign their entire system from the database outward and admittedly its a pretty scary concept... to consider that my thoughts on a system change that deep could be considered and accepted. But then there always seems to be something important for to create something and then feel surprised when that thing receives any sort of accolades.

I'm really too tired at this moment to be deep or anything. LOL. So I'm gonna make this my post of the day.
