Time for an update...

Well, it has been awhile since I have updated my journal with the happenings of my life. However, its been pretty quiet the past week or so. Besides the fact that I have had three appointments for Glass Masters to fix the crack in my car windshield, and I am currently waiting for the regional manager to call me back because they missed this one too. They are suppose to come to your home, or office and replace your cracked windshield, by coming to you it's suppose to make your life simpler...but it has been nothing but a headache. Luckily for them they are paying my deductible for my insurance ($100) so its not going to cost me anything out of pocket to fix the windshield. If it were not for that fact, I would have moved on and called someone else. Speaking of insurance I got a quote for my next 6 months of car insurance and its $520 dollars!! WOW, at once point 3 years ago I was paying $1300-1400 per 6 months. So this new lower rate makes me so so happy! I was thinking it was going to be about $750-800 for the next 6 months. Although now that my driving record is clean again (yep its been 3 years since I have done anything and my tickets and no fault acc dropped off. Yay!) so that is helping my rate a lot. I even took Cait with me to the insurance place, and they had a great deal for her too, so it all worked out nicely! I also completed a study last night with a marking research company about sleeping medication, and since I take Ambien I was able to do it. It turned out to be a one hour, one on one interview with a research guy about how I sleep with and without the medication, and if I would be interested in taking "product S" (not sure what drug company he was working for, but I would be on the look out for a sleep-aid that is also a anti-depressant to hit the market within the next year.) So at the end of the hour interview they handed me a check for $100 bucks. (Yes, I knew that's what I was being paid) It was such and easy hundred bucks and the interview was actually kinda fun, and even if it was not, it would have still be worth $100, ha ha. There are very few activities that doing for an hour for a hundred bucks, that would not be worth it. With moving out, and a wedding coming this summer, any extra money that I can put away and save is worth it! Other than those two things it has been pretty quiet in my life.

Cait and I are doing great, very much in love and spending every possible moment with each other. I have gotten so used to having her with me all the time now, it is going to be odd when she starts back school and I have to go all week in between seeing her. Although when she starts school back I will have my portable oxygen machine that I have wanted, so I can use that to go up and see her more, since I will not be limited to the oxygen tanks. I still have to try to get used to sleeping on a nasal cannula at night, I am used to using a mask with a higher oxygen flow, but I am sure I can get used to it. That way I can travel once again too. Some place like, say, Florida, heh. :) Well that's all for now my pretties.
