just a little update on my life........

so i guess julie and i are officially dating. i was talking to her about it this past weekend/week, and we decided we'd give it a try and see what happens. the both of us were apprehensive (sp?) at first because of we're going to be roommates and if things don't work out it might be kinda weird, but that's a risk we're going to have to take. she's been through a lot in the past few years, so i know it's going to be kinda difficult for her to let her guard down, but she'll come around. it takes a lot for me to let someone get close, so the fact that i can let her in and tell her just about anything is a step in the right direction. we talked about a lot of other things and where to go from here, but i'm not going to tell you about that. that's something that she and i share.
speaking of julie, i called off work yesterday to go to the Franklin County Fair in Brookville with her. i know, i'm a bad person for skipping work, but i'd much rather be with her than at the shop. so we went to the fair, then back to her apartment. we got back around 10ish and were watching tv in her room. she fell asleep on my arm/in my arms, so i decided that rather than wake her, i'd just stay there last night. it was....great. having her by my side, in my arms. the only bad part was that she had to work at 6am, so we got up at 4:30 and left at 5:15, me going home and her to the shop. hopefully i can stay with her one night this weekend too, but only if she asks. i'm not going to invite myself.
september first can't come soon enough.........

one of the guys at work is supposed to burn me 18 cd's full of mp3 files, so i will have an assload of new music to listen to sometime soon.
well, i'm off to bed. it's been a long day, and tomorrow may be even longer. peace.
