It's nearly Xmas, and that means i get to use my spiffy Chibi!Icon! Yay! :) Plus, a veritable blizzard of snowflake cookies - awesome! Thank you again, everyone. And especial thinks to the Anonymous person who sent one.

I don't do a lot of memes, but i kinda like this icon one, so i waved my hand at crimsonkitty88 and she picked out five for me to 'explain'. Heh. I'm not going to, uh, do the meme reciprocally, though, as i'm lame like that *and* i really, really, really need to be *writing*. Prompts! Apocabigbang!! :)

It's gotten *very cold* here, but no snow yet. Possibly later this week, which means i need to make sure there is soup and bread and cheese and such in the house.
By literati who makes awesome icons, and has made me several 'custom' ones. I very much wanted an icon that fit with my 'Aftermath' and 'Wolfpack' Deans, and this? Does. Perfectly. Those gritted jaws, that 'i will fuck you up' look....

The Mink Mittens of Luuurve! This is one of my oldest icons, that i made myself, whoo. It comes out when my flisties are in need of petting and comfort. What could be better than to be petted with a mink mitten?!

This is by switch842 and is the actor Jason Behr in his role as 'Jake Sawyer' in a movie called 'The Tattooist'. He had a part in a Buffy episode when he was wee, and then was in 'Roswell', and has been in any number of indie-type movies. Not a 'big name' Hollywood guy, but i like him. :) And i like the hard blue of the background, and the ultra-black of the tattoos, as well as how his face is turned away. Also, Cat, the SO, is a tattooist and so i wanted to have some kind of fandom-related tattoo icon. Crossover between fandom and real life!!

Mr. Behr again! Icon by exotik This photo shoot was all the rage a couple years ago, with Buffy/Roswell fans posting the images hither and yon. And can you blame them? The man looks *good*. I love the silvery tones of the black and white shoot, love the criss-cross of the leather, love the weird tattoo. It's just....preeeeety. :)
One of my very newest icons! I love black and white images for certain moods, and this fits perfectly. The last couple seasons of Show have been so bleak and so full of hurt, and we all saw that this method of coping has been getting some abuse by everyone, but Dean in particular, for a while. It just...makes me think of lonely, hurty times, when there's no light at the end of the tunnel. Yes, that sounds like such a downer, but i love that a 100x100 pixel image can evoke so much emotion. By twofortheroad, via a flisty who i *cannot remember*, omg, who was putting all her icons up for public snaffling. Ack! Remind me and i'll edit this!
So there you have it. Wasn't that fun? Now, i must get my buns into gear and clear some of those prompts!! (After i hit the bank. And possibly the store, though, omg, so don't want to...so hate grocery shopping....)
