Storing up for the apocalypse

I've been spending some time canning lately. I've got a lot of stuff stocked up and still not enough Spaghetti sauce and there's no apple anything made yet. So far though there's an awesome stock up.

30- 1/2 pints Boysenberry preserves
30 - 1/2 pints Elderberry preserves
1 pint Elderberry preserves
3 pints Amaretto sweet peaches
2 pints peaches syrup
9 pints of bread and butter pickles
4- 1/2 gallons of dill pickles (2 spears and 2 whole)
2 pints dill pickles
4- 1/2 pints mint syrup
9 pints spaghetti sauce
4 pints hot pepper relish

I still want to do some more spaghetti sauce. I need to do Apple sauce and apple butter yet. Maybe some more dill pickles? I still have to make crushed red pepper and I would like to make more hot pepper relish.
