If you ever needed convincing that Mother Nature finds a way even in man's very midsts, this will do it. Taken less than a block from my place in the city.
I am pretty sure this is the chick from the pair that has been hunting in my yard since last winter. What I can't believe is some guy walked right past it and didn't even notice. I mean he was only 4 or 5 feet from it!! O.o How can you miss a foot and a half or more tall bird that close?
