This is doctorhouse_tm's mun speaking, and lovely tattoo! I have always wanted to get a winged disk on my back as well, only across my shoulder blades.

That is some intense linework though, and it looks great!

Also, mind if I friend you?

Cool. The disk was the first tat I got.

I'm excited about getting it colored but there is still a lot more line work to do.

Friend away. I saw you comment before and wondered who you were. :)

The coloring is great, and the outline is practically flawless. You've got a good artist.

The artist is a friend. She's spent years doing henna and it shows in the cleanliness of her line work.

Definitely! And it's good to go somewhere you can trust.

My first tattoo, he went a little deep on the blended part of the coloring and it's come out, so there's this white splotch. I have to go back and get it touched up, but other than that it looks good.

I usually bleed a lot so I often have to go get touch ups. My shoulder had to be refilled three times in the one section.

Yeah, I bled little but didn't notice it until he started in on the yellow (the coloring goes red/orange/yellow) on the piece) and it looked okay for awhile before it started to come out. Meh, tattoos are pieces of art. Sometimes you gotta tweak them before they're perfect.

Exactly. As long as the artist has a good hand and an eye for the human skin.
