Name five characters that you identify with the most.
In no particular order:
1) Alan Grant from Jurassic Park (the first movie and book)- His love and awe of science as well as the level-headedness. I really ID with those aspects of him. That moment when he sees the Brachiosaurus for the first time. I would do the same thing.
2) Daniel Jackson from Stargate.. especially the movie. Total Egyptian geek with ten million books everywhere, carrying too many, always curious and trying to decipher. **Eyes desk** yep that is so me.
3) Dream from The Sandman. The way he broods on and rethinks the past. His wandering mind and the way he acts. I can get like that sometimes. I know there are days I wish I could make it rain so everyone was as miserable as I felt.
4) Frank Hopkins in Hidalgo when he is crying because Hidalgo (his horse) is dying. I totally feel every emotion he has for that horse through the whole movie.
5) Dian Fossey and how Sigourney portrays her in Gorillas in the Mist. The strength she has to save the wilds is something I relate to. By the gods I must be a sap because that movie makes me ball like a baby.
