craziness
Okay, so I just realized it's been forever since I updated. Not cool.
-School is crazy, I feel like I live there. I'm in class from 10-2, I come home and sleep for a bit and do homework, eat dinner, then go to the club. Then I head to work, get off at 4ish am, and head to school to study for the next 5 or so hours. I have no life.
-I've decided not to drop out, I was planning on it, but now I've decided just to push through, dedicate myself to it, and work my ass off because it can only help me to have it in my background. So yes, for the next couple of months, I'm living at school and the gym.
-I get to go home, though, in september, and I'm so excited. I miss the resteraunts so much, and it'll be cool to see the family too :)
- I'm loving the CFTC posts, I'm so jealous of all of you who got to go. I had told myself that this was gonna be the year that I was gonna go, but with moving and school, it just couldn't happen. Hopefully it'll be around next year so I can go. Thanks everybody who's sharing all the stories and pics.
-Why is it that no matter how old I get, my parents still don't take me seriously enough to pay attention? This sounds so selfish. My dad sent me a care package, and it was full of food. A) I specifically told him, on several occasions, not to send food, I can get my own food as I need it. I would much rather have gift cards so I can buy extra things that I don't have the money for. B) He sent me so much food that I hate. I HATE packaged pudding and he sends me a ton of it. I have hated it all my life and we have discussed it on several occasions because he loves it and I can't even stand to watch him eat it. He's known me for 20 years and he still doesn't get it that I hate packaged pudding? And he sent me rice krispie treats that expired in 2003!!!!! WHAT?!!!! I hate packaged rice krispies too.
- My mom is still trying to control me even though I now live across the country from me. I just have to laugh at that.
- I have this assistant manager at work who insists on taking over my job. EVERYTIME. I can't get anything done because he just comes in and takes over. And then he doesn't even finish the job so it just creates more work for all of us while he flutters off to do something else. It makes no sense to me. Whatever, dude.
