Weekend Update
Ty had his first Pre-K soccer game on Saturday. Too flippn cute! And honestly, he's pretty good! My first son was not athletically inclined for the first 10 years of his life, so I'm shocked to see my 5 year old being such a go-getter. *proud mama*
Afterwards my mom asked me if I wanted to go and look at cars with her, as she desperately needed a new one. I said sure. JOKE'S ON ME! I ended up buying her an '05 Dodge Stratus. Since she filed bankruptcy a while back she has no credit, so it's daughter to the rescue. She'd better love me. I'm driving around in a 2000 Chevy Malibu, and my mom has a car that's 5 years newer than mine, and it's in MY NAME! Honestly though, I'd do it again. She's been a pretty good provider for me all these years, she's the best grandma to my kids, and it's only returning the favor. All I ask for is a little appreciation, and maybe a few more weekend overnighters with the boys. ;-)
Gotta cut this post short, I've got stuff that needs done. Lots of stuff. So much stuff my head hurts. I think I need to make a to-do list. Ick.
Oh, I didn't mention that I'm also adding going back to college to finish getting some degrees. Like I don't have enough to do that keeps me from cleaning the house and being domesticated.... :-D
