Spring Fever in January?!?!

It's never good when my heart swells with spring fever in January. Tomorrow is Friday the 13th...I'll just take it easy that day, but I do plan on going out with my girlfriends and getting my drink and dance on on the 20th. Does bar = club? Like the places on the strip, or the new SIN club...do you think those let in 19 year olds? And I don't wanna go anywhere where it's all thugness. Where should I NOT go?
