Things I _need_ to do for myself

Okay, no errands or chores here. Only things I need to do for myself because I'm committed to being a winner in this contest - not necessarily a prize winner, but a winner none the less.

(And by winning, I mean losing inches)

Anyway:

Take Alfalfa, work up to 3x3 per day.
Brush 2x per day.
Workout with T-Tapp MORE 3x per week.
Do SATI 2x per week, possibly combining with MORE short workout.
Walk on treadmill.
Visit the mall and walk around once a week.
See at least one movie per week.
Read at least one *good* book per week.

Do some EFT - possible topics:

Resentment
Obligation
"Rules" for eating
Fear of weight loss
Fear of attractiveness
Fear of winning
