Day 3 of my 10 day "bootcamp." (To clarify, I worked out Thursday night.)

I wore my weighted shoes and it was really hard, but I got to the last exercise before I had to go to work. (I didn't do the last exercise, but maybe tomorrow.)

There really is something different about working out - hard - like this for a few consecutive days. Not remotely like my first 3 months in the Army, but physiologically there are similarities on a much smaller scale. When you do a total body workout every day, you push past muscle exhaustion and start discovering new muscles that are involved in the same workout, expanding your physical awareness. The mind-body connection when you workout every day is different.

Seriously, you feel more in touch with the animal part of your brain and all the information that passes through your brain concerning normal operations in your body suddenly becomes intelligible.
