It's been 7 days?

I am supposed to measure. I think I'll do that when I get home tonight.
So this is what's been happening with me....
Have noticed my sleep being more regulated and deeper. I used to wake up at 4am and not be able to go right back to sleep, now if I wake up at that time I'll be awake for a minute then fall right back.
Then am waking up at 5:30am before the alarm. This is good. I hate that thing.
Yesterday a group of us walked a few blocks to another building for a work meeting. I survived and had less discomfort so I know I am building endurance. I was beet faced after the last big hill but didn't collapse.
At night I fall asleep quickly too.
