Yesterday I took a day off and went swimming, actually it was mostly
hot tubbing. It sure felt good let me tell you!
This week:
I want to lose more than 3 clothing sizes so I am continuing doing
TTapp every other day. I will do this for 8 weeks.
On my off days I will finish the day with the Primary Back Stretch
followed by the T-Tapp Twist stretch.
Before showers I'll dry brush my body to help prevent loose skin from
any quick inch loss.
March 19th is seven days since I started and I am supposed to
remeasure. If I have any interesting or exciting results I will post them.

[edit: This morning I quickly did the modified MORE PBS and TTapp Twist (TTT) before getting dressed. It was easy to skip through the new DVD and find TTT.]
