Okay y'all, it's buckle down time.

What do I want: To lose my next 10%, or 23 pounds, by approximately New Years. To wear size 18 clothing by the end of the year, comfortably.

What do I need to do to get there:

1. Stick to some sort of eating plan 90% of the time. Points work if you work them, same as anything.
2. To include more fresh and home-prepared foods and fewer prepackaged meals and snacks and restaurant meals in my life.
3. To gradually increase my exercise until I'm earning at least 14 AP a week on average - that is about 5 hours of light exercise per week, or 3 hours moderate exercise and interval training.
4. To use my CRT supplements and brush, regularly
5. To complete a T-Tapp 4 day boot camp in October and incorporate tapping into my schedule of gym workouts (currently 2x per week for 30-40 minutes.)

I'm going to ramp up this week rather than jumping in. I'm going to my weekly meeting tomorrow or Thursday and joining the e-Tools for WW by Monday. Thursday night I'm going to exercise moderately in the gym and I'm going to try to get in a T-Tapp MORE workout this weekend before I'm fully "on track" next Monday. I've been sick, but refined sugars aren't going to make me well.
