Sorry its been so long...
I haven't even visited this page in forever. For everything that folks are going through, I'm sorry to hear about the deaths, surgeries, good jobs ending, 30th birthdays, etc. Hooray for new jobs and Vega getting so much better so fast! :)
Things have been crazy lately. Rescue is feast or famine and right now its nuts. Today Stitch (our foster that we're going to keep) went in to have his ear canal removed for cancer. The doc called and he's coming out of anesthesia well, hopefully he can come home tomorrow but probably Friday. Recovery is going to be tough though. :(
For a few months I've had issues with my heater not working and have had a couple of people look at it and gave conflicting information. Saturday I was on my way home from about 45 mins south and 20 mins from home, in the far left lane, my car just SHUT DOWN. Half way across the 4 lanes of traffic (where no one would let me over even though I had my blinkers on and was slowing WAY down) I noticed a little bit of steam from under the hood and it was coming in through the vents. That stopped pretty quickly though. So long story maybe a HAIR shorter....po po came, called the tow tow, dealer said NO NO, and now we're on a search for a new car. SUCKS!!!! :(
Work still sucks ass and I need to get off mine and find a new one. My boss has this incredible need to kick me when I'm down and I need OUT. Hell, I've needed out for a long time, its just easier to deal with what you know and collect a paycheck. (G, does that answer your question?)
Other than that crapola, Murphy is great, Mr. has been a ROCK through the Stitch yuck, family is all pretty good, can't complain too bad. hehe :)
