I don't know if the style has a name. I can try to explain here, and then after halloween costume sewing is done, attempt to find time to write up a tutorial on how I would do it. (Although I know your post is a bit old now)

I would use a tshirt or tank top you alter to fit yourself, then turn it into a block pattern by cutting the shape of the bust panels off and then laying them flat to trace onto newsprint/newspaper or the fabric you actual fabric you wanted to use. It would be important to note that she seems to have made a flat seam of about an inch in the middle, and not a point. Honestly, she seems to have a single block pattern and then makes variations of the same pattern over and over again. I can draw you a 1/4 size block that would basically let you make everything she's ever made. You could even make your own block by opening the seams of a tank top that fits you, and tracing it out on cardboard. Then every time you want to change it up or make a variation, you would just trace it onto newspaper and tissue to get a pattern.

I am really bad about logging into my LJ account, I hope you get my reply!!
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE the block pattern. I don't have a lot of good fitting clothes that I haven't made, so cutting up a shirt that I like the fit of isn't the best option for moi.
I fin it so hard to find clothing that I like in Womens (I'm a big metal head and all the best band t-shirts are for guys)

Thank you so much for your offer, I hope to hear from you :)!
