On the Road
Today, we´re off to the north of Spain, at last. For the past couple days, I´ve been a little stir crazy in Trujillo. I´m excited to see the ¨precioso¨ northern regions. My only hopes are that it is not freezing and that we improve in our traveling style from our trip through southern Spain.
Yesterday, we said good bye to Marcos since we are leaving today for three weeks or so. It was sad. I can´t imagine what it´s going to be like to say good bye to Spain, Jack´s family, Marcos, my family, Javier, and everyone else we have met here that has been so incredible and generous to us.
But alas, the iPods are charged and ready, we have full containers of water to last us a while, and a shower is in the making before we take off. It bodes well, no?
