Easter
Well It's Easter Morning. I went to the Sunrise service this morning, (does anyone else have these?) If you don't know what it is, a group, mostly youth meet at a park for the sunrise. We have a mini service to celebrate the rising of the Lord of hosts with the rising of the sun. It is a cool concept, and of course being Mennonite there is much Paska and other Easter food. It is an amzing thing singing songs like Low in the grave he lay and Alleluia he is coming, as the sun is rising. I hope everyone has a blessed Easter, I hope everyone eats there fair share of food, and I pray that we do not forget why we are celebrating. It is often easy to forget amid the busy fmaily activities. Also remember that Easter is not a one day thing, but impacts the rest of the year and our entire lives. Let us not forget to be thankful after Easter.
