I could use a haircut?

[ooc: Because the idea of throwing Jack into close proximity to Thomas amuses me. Talk about a buffet!]

We might open our business to men as well if there is an interest ~

[ ooc; Thomas is as straight as they come, but I would love for them to be friends and flirt and ... well. The slasher in me would love for Thomas to feed on Jack. It would be an all you can eat buffet indeed! *squees* ]

I believe in the importance of looking well groomed and would be very interested if you chose to open your business to men. I'm afraid I didn't realize that it was a woman only proposition at the moment.

[ooc: Oh I think they could be fast friends indeed! And yep, Jack would totally be an all you can eat buffet for Thomas just from the 51st century pheromones alone I would think! :D]

You certainly sound like the kind of person our business is targetting. I'll think on it ~

[ ooc; The pheromones would probably be tempting Thomas, but he does feed of intimacy and life energy ~

I really want them to be friends *quivers* ]

By all means, let me know. My name is Captain Jack Harkness.

[ooc: It'll be an interesting meeting that would be for certain!]

I'll be sure to contact you.

[ ooc; and Thomas is really, really gorgeous-- Jack would have a field day flirting with him *beams* ]

After some thought, I've come to the conclusion that I should open my salon to men as well. You're most welcome to come and have your hair cut ~

Well, that's works out nicely. Would you happen to have an opening today?

Yeah. If you could come around now.. I'll be done with Toshiko Sato's hair in a minute.

I think I should have possibly made you wait. She said you would try to sneak in. I was looking forward to seeing you in a dress pretending to be a girl, really.

Tosh is treating herself to a haircut at a salon? Good for her!

Well, while I totally have the legs to pull off high heels, I look better out of the dress.

That she is. And I'm quite proud of the result as well, I must say.

Oh?

[ ooc; Sure thing ~ but be warned, I know nothing about hairdressing-stuff, so I shall be vague on that account. and possibly flail-y ~ ]

[Totally understandable!]

Jack had actually walked down to the salon as it was a nice day and so the scents of spring with a hint of the coming summer clung to the fabric of his overcoat as he came through the door.

He'd dressed in his formal casual today, meaning he had on a waistcoat overtop a dress shirt and nice slacks. No under t-shirt though and the collar was open at the throat.

"Hello?"

With one more glance at Toshiko, Thomas hurried back to the front part of his salon, smiling his most welcoming smile. He'd have to hire some staff, especially now that he'd opened up his business for men as well. Since he didn't want to feed on men unless it was absolutely necessary, he'd probably need someone to at least wash their hair. Everything else would defeat the purpose. But at least he'd get money for it.

"Jack Harkness, I assume?" he asked, holding out his hand to the man who'd just arrived. "I'm Thomas Raith, the stylist here."

Oh now wasn't he a handsome piece. Jack smiled warmly, he couldn't help himself and he reached to take Thomas's hand.

"A definite pleasure to meet you Thomas Raith and will you be doing my hair today?"

Innocent words, it was all about the tone, the subtle lace of velvet richness that seemed to replace the words 'my hair' with a simple 'me' instead.
