wow...i wish i could either tell people to go to hell or call them jerks when i have to deal with them at work. 
for example, 
woman come through my lane and give me a rain check for 6 boxes of granola bars, i'm looking it over and the conversations starts like this
Woman  "what part of i get 6 boxes for this price are you having trouble understanding?"
Me  "....um, ma'am, this expires one month after it's issued"
Woman "so what"
me  " it was issued march 1st"
woman  "i don't care, give them to me anyways"
me - calls supervisor over to the lane and explains
krista (supervisor) "yea, this expired march first, and it says right on it that it is only valid for 30 days"
woman  " i don't care, i want you to give them to me anyways"
krista calls someone, explains whats going on
krista " because this expired march 1st, and it is now may 12th, we can't give it to you because it is too far past the expiration"
woman -freaking out- "we'll, i don't get out much, and this is just unbelievable, i will be contacting someone about this and just so you know I WON'T BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!"

yup...people are dumb
