As you may know, yesterday was summer solstice aka the longest day of the year. A couple of friends and I decided that if there was a time to drink all day, this was the day to do it. The festivities commenced at 5:48 am when the sun rose with a large breakfast and mimosas, which quickly turned into beermosas when the champagne ran out. We then started some games of beer pong in the sigma nu parking lot. Sometime around 7, people started walking to class and we invited them to skip and come party with us. An all day drinkfest ensued and when it got hot, maybe around 11, we busted out the slip and slide. When the sun finally set around 9, we were done drinking, and for good reason, because anymore would have done me in. Basically it was one of the greatest days of my life.
