I don't now if I mentioned it but my old suitemates from last year are all gone, including my old Alaskan roommate who has lived with me for the poast to years. Alaska got accepted to a study abroad program and is now living in Paris for a year! I was really happy for her, though extremely sad that she was leaving.  Stye, another suitemate, transfered over to another university, and Dani had some financial issues and went to a JC. :(

So yeah. This semester I have four new suitemates, who are pretty lovely people as far as I can tell. Two and two were already friends and have their rooms upstairs, so they.. don't ignore me exactly and aren't deliberately unfriendly, but I make an awkward third wheel for both sides.  We're living in this townhouse set-up and of course I'm the one that gets the only room downstairs. I was also supposed to have a roommate as well, but the person dropped off the face of the planet.  The RAs might set me up with a new one, but I kind of hope not. My room is HUGE, even without the other roommate. I want to take pics, but I forgot my camera too, of course.

Thus far, my suitemates have all displayed a stellar lack of communication, myself included. Somehow we ended up with 48 eggs and six jars of Nutella. RAD.
