it's been awhile!
anyways, last week was crazy! things are slowing down this week, but i know it will just get crazier after that.
this weekend was a lot of fun....on thursday night, we didn't do much, except for me and ashley and jenna went to walmart and walked around for about an hour, bought a new phone, etc. that was fun. then, i finished my schedule for next semester, i was glad to get that figured out.
on friday, i got up and did some laundry, got my paycheck, cleaned up a little bit around the room. then, i went shopping for the rest of the day with jenna and her family, and bought some new tank tops and t-shirts for summer...no new shoes though :( i had to hold myself back! after that, we came back and ate some dinner, then jenna and her parents went back for more shopping and i took a much needed nap! nick came back late on friday night, and we hung out in his room, just me and the boys :) it was fun.
on saturday, i slept till 2 :) that was awesome! then me and jenna ventured to bay city to locate the goodwill, where we found some pretty cool stuff. i got a notre dame prep hockey sweatshirt for $3! it probably cost whoever bought it originally something like $40! jenna found some cute t-shirts too (i'm going to score and you're going to like it! ha ha). then we came back to svsu, i took a shower and then a bunch of us made chicken and tator tots for dinner. at 7, nick and i went to see fiddler on the roof, which was a pretty good play, but very very long. saturday night was a lot of fun! we all just hung out in erin and ashley's room, ashley's friends from state and gvsu came over and hung out with us, they were really cool! we just played cards and hung out and talked. didn't go to sleep till late...but it was worth it :)
sunday, i had to get up at 9 :( yuck! then i drove to east lansing b/c my mom and ian and emma were over there visiting erin. we went to the mall for a couple of hours and then my mom and ian went to the planetarium and erin and i took emma to the park. it was so much fun! we pushed emma on the swing, and then distracted the other little kids so that erin and i could swing for a little bit. then, we raced emma on the double slide, which was a lot of fun. i think we provided the entertainment for a lot of the people there. then, we went and picked up mom and ian, and i came back to saginaw. we had breakfast for dinner last night, french toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon (well, bacon in theory....ashley made it, but matt ate it before the rest of us got a chance!) then last night i studied a little math and hung out with nick.
i missed becca all weekend though :( she was busy being sick in owosso :( i'm glad she's back :)
everyone's talking about school being over.....:( i am ready to be done with classes, but i'm not ready to be away from the people here....so i'm trying not to think about it. i think i will take a week after i'm done with classes and stay with erin in east lansing...she graduates may 7th, and then who knows where she is going? so i think i will take myself a little vacation and stay with her, and just be lazy and watch tv all day :)
well back to studying math....exam today, so i need to do good! more later....
