I got really fed up with this one. I mean, the humans actually acted worse in this one than in Midnight! And the latter made more sense - they were in the middle of nowhere, they were all in immediate danger, and they couldn't predict what sort of threat the alien was. In this one, they recklessly and knowingly threatened the whole human species for their own personal interests, figuring they'd get away with it.

Basically, by half-way through, I wanted to stop watching because I was so disgusted by them...and yet, I knew the humans would "win" in the end. And I didn't want them to, or think they deserved it. Hell, I thought the reptile guys deserved the planet back! I've never felt that way about an episode before.

Yeah. I liked the set-up of the previous episode, but this one pissed me off.

Yeah, I watched and just didn't quite know where they were trying to go with the plot. Because I agree, the humans in this one did act pretty damn despicably--when they weren't acting completely unreasonably, that is. A lot of the characters' decisions just didn't make any sense to me--like for example the woman staying with the reptile people. What? Why would she want to do that? Or the other woman killing the reptile soldier--I didn't quite understand her reasons for that, either. It felt a lot like the characters were being forced into action by a script that failed to provide proper motivation.

I agree, though, I did really enjoy the set-up. I don't quite know what happened in week two; things just sort of fell apart and stopped making sense.
