YAY MASTER! He's awesome. I've always had a weakness for batshit crazy megalomaniac good-looking evil overlords. John Simm does a really good acting job. Also, he looks extremely cool in the black suit.

2) Is he/she important to the general plot?
In the episodes he's in, I'd say he is, yeah xD.
3) Can you relate to this character at all? Do they grip you emotionally?
Have I ever felt the need to convert humans into homicidal robots, bring them into the past and make them slaughter all of mankind? Not... particularly. But I do get why he does what he does. In a very weird and twisted way, it makes sense.
4) How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from?

5) Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by their relationship with any other character(s)? (romance-wise or platonic)
Well, his dynamics with Ten are undeniable, and undeniably awesome. I really like what they did with his wife, too - I don't want to say I like this ship, because, hell, no! poor Lucy! but it's intriguing. Other than that, I don't think I'd ship him with anyone. Can't see the dynamics.
6) Is there anything about the character you would change?
I'm surprised to say that, no. He's perfect the way he is. But then, he's only been in 3 episodes, so all he had to do was play a brilliant part in three scripts that were written for him specifically. Not that hard to get a character right under these circumstances.
7) If you were in the fandom with this character or knew this character in real life, how do you see yourself interacting with him/her? (Would you get along well? Fall in love with? Dislike? Friendly rivalry? etc etc)
Ahaha, either, I'd be captured and enslaved by him like Martha's family, or I'd take over the world with him. Depends on how we met, I guess. I wouldn't be able to play the role of the pretty wife, though, and he doesn't seem like the type to share his success with equals, so we'd probably be on opposed sides.
8) Does this character make the cut as one of your all time favorites (if you like) or least favorites?
In DW, totally! I can't really be objective about whether he's one of my favorites in general because I'm still so hyped up about Doctor Who. I do love him a lot, though. He's awesome.
9) Would you hype up this character (if you like) or warn about (if you dislike) to someone whose new to the fandom?
TOTALLY! And then they'd yell at me to shut up and stop spoiling them xD.
10) Is this character popular with the fanbase?
Hell yeah xD.
