House 4x07

Omg there was Wilson in this episode! Real Wilson, walking around, hanging out with House, getting into trouble for House, lecturing, talking about boobs and making fun of House... now we only need the writers to use the screen time they're giving him to resolve some of that back story we have piling up on the shelves - from the brother over the living in a hotel thing over the closet gayness to the anti-depressants. But it's a step in the right direction! Yay.

Ahaha House being blind for the pretty girls. Sort of OOC, if you consider the first three seasons in which pretty lady doctors could stand on their heads wagging their asses and wearing nothing but silver-glittery high heeled boots and House would still have been able to mock their diagnoses (he might have been getting off while doing so, but he would have done so), but hey. I guess he's getting older. Maybe we have a dementia arc coming up.

House was pleasantly awkward in this episode. Playing the big bad evul doctor for his fellows and the camera team and being this quirky, sort-of-pathetic-in-a-funny-way dork with Wilson and Cuddy. That's how I like my House best. More of that, please?

The PotW - was boring. All this yadda yadda about his face took the place of the cool differential diagnoses scenes we could have had. And I like the little guy, the plastic surgeon. Used to hate him, because he was like Foreman, but now I like him, because he's arrogant but not as terribly stupid and idiotic as Foreman. He and House and Wilson should get together for a threesome. They could invite the guy's wife, if she's hot, then she wouldn't have to be pissed about it.

House in black and white - I approve! Looks pretty. People usually look better on b&w pictures, if you ask me.

Anyway, nice one, still not really feeling the spark but I think there was a shadow of former awesomeness in this episode. There's something to work with! Not all hope is lost.

Oh, and I almost forgot: WHAT WITH THE HAM? DO NOT WANT! Not again. Please.
