Time goes by faster than you would imagine. I keep looking at the computer that sits in the corner of my room knowing I should sign on and write something but then decide against it. Then before you know it, a month has past. A lot can happen in a month.
I missed too much.
Pen has been pretty busy lately and I have been pretty busy following her around. She has four movies coming out this year alone. Things are still going great with us. It’s good to be in a relationship where I don’t feel like everyone is expecting anything. After being in a ten year marriage an easygoing relationship is exactly what I need. The Married part of my life seems like so long ago. I miss it in many ways yet in others I am glad it’s over. It’s the best thing for both of us. Nic is doing so well. She seems more relaxed and happy now. She is up for an Oscar this year. She deserves it and I wish her the best of luck.
As far as I go, I have yet again taken up the role of Ethan Hunt. It's fun to go back to the familiar sets and work with many of the same people as before. We haven't started filming just yet. We are preparing to shoot all the easy scenes. We will probably get filming sometime next week. It will be at least another couple of months before I have to get in the harness and do any stunts. As much fun as that can be the pain makes it more like torture. Being strung up from the ceiling held up by nothing but you thighs, isn’t the easiest thing to do.
This one will hopefully be as great as that last two have been. We got lucky when the Sequel came out. There is always the possibility that it would flop and ruin the whole idea of the original movie. So hopefully the third will prove to have the same success. I think it will be the greatest one yet, but what do I know.
I think that is good enough for one night. My brain is tired and the night is young.
