Bravo! On that first turkey. Kudos to ya. My dad is a great cook and I always publicly claim I can't make a sandwich but having kids you learn or look like a moron. Sometimes both. I've never attempted a turkey though so my hat's off to you.

After the turkey all I will be making will be sandwiches. Thank goodness that's all kids eat anyway. It's funny to think that we in the entertainment biz can sell cd's and movies but can't even make a cake... that was a nightmare you only try once.
